1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bk33 platform and all its services. In these Terms, "user", "you" or "member" refers to any person who accesses, registers on, or uses any service on the bk33 website or application.

"bk33", "platform" or "site" refers to all digital services under https://bk33-com.cam. The platform provides online casino, sports betting, live gaming and related entertainment services.

These Terms constitute a binding agreement. From the moment you open an account on bk33, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any term, you are requested to refrain from using this platform.

2 Account Registration

• Each person may open only one account. Maintaining more than one account by the same person is strictly prohibited.
• The name, mobile number and payment method details provided at registration must all belong to the same person.
• bk33 may request an identity document or other supporting documents for account verification when necessary.
• Keeping your password and login details confidential is your own responsibility. Do not share this information with anyone else.
• Transferring or selling your account to a third party is prohibited.

2.2 Account Security

If you notice any unauthorised access to your account or any suspicious activity, inform the bk33 customer service team immediately. To keep your account secure, change your password regularly and keep OTP verification active.

3 Age Limit and Eligibility

All bk33 services are available to adults aged 21 (twenty-one) or above only. At the time of registration, you must confirm that you are at least 21 years old.

bk33 may at any time request a government-issued identity document (National ID card, passport or birth registration certificate) for age verification. If age cannot be confirmed, the account may be suspended and any funds held will be subject to review.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Financial transactions on bk33 are handled through fully secure methods. The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (major banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Sonali Bank).
• Deposited funds are generally added to your account instantly.
• Cryptocurrency or any other method is not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• The payment method used for withdrawal must be registered in your own name.
• If account verification has not been completed, withdrawal requests may be delayed.

4.3 Financial Security

If illegal activity or money laundering is suspected, bk33 reserves the right to suspend transactions and notify the relevant authorities. All financial transactions are secured through SSL encryption.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

bk33 offers its members various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Before claiming any offer, it is important to have a clear understanding of the associated terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. To withdraw this bonus, a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount must be met — meaning a total bet of ৳20,000 is required for a ৳1,000 bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus applies only to the account on which it was issued.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Claiming the same bonus more than once is prohibited.
• bk33 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If misuse of any promotion is found, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

5.3 VIP Cashback

The bk33 VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. At each tier, cashback is paid at a set rate on weekly net losses. Example: a Gold tier member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 receives ৳140 cashback at a rate of 0.7%.

6 Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all games and betting activities conducted on bk33.

6.1 Slots and Casino Games

Each game has its own rules and RTP (Return to Player). It is recommended to read the relevant game information before starting. If a game stops mid-round or results fail to display due to a technical error, the bet for that round will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.

6.2 Sports Betting

In sports betting, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled once it has been confirmed. If a match is postponed or rescheduled outside the original time, bk33 will determine the outcome in accordance with standard sports betting rules.

6.3 Live Casino

In the live casino, games are played with a dealer in real time. If your internet connection is lost, the result of the ongoing round will be saved on the server and can be viewed once you reconnect.

6.4 Fishing and Other Games

Fishing games and other special category games may have a set betting limit per session. These limits are displayed within the game interface.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bk33, and any such activity detected will result in account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts or registering with a concealed identity.
• Misusing the bonus system or attempting to artificially meet wagering requirements.
• Using software, bots or automated systems to participate in games.
• Attempting to profit by exploiting technical errors on the platform.
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Fraudulent behaviour towards other members.
• Attempting unauthorised access to bk33's systems.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

bk33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Registering with false information or failing to verify age.
• Suspicion of money laundering or fraud.
• By order of a court or authority.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting the customer service team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your balance before the account is closed; however, any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements will be considered void.

9 Limitation of Liability

bk33 is an entertainment gaming platform. Playing games or placing bets here carries the risk of financial loss. Being aware of this risk is each member's own responsibility.

bk33 cannot be held liable in the following circumstances:

• Disruption to gameplay caused by your internet connection issues.
• Technical errors on the part of a third-party payment provider.
• A game session being interrupted due to unforeseen technical problems.
• Loss resulting from a security vulnerability on the user's own device.

However, if a technical error clearly causes an incorrect result to be displayed, bk33 will take responsibility for determining the correct result and making the necessary correction.
